Out of sudden, I’ve come to noticed that the hibernate button on the start menu is gone. Although I don’t know how that happened(it’s hard to tell if Microsoft knows how that happens), I’ve found a solution. Very easy and quick, just change the power configuration from the command line. See how it’s done on this video.

THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE!!! +1 TO THE OP!!!!
THANK YOU FINALLY NO MORE FULL SHUT DOWNS…
This is not happening with me!! :(
Missing steps
Sometime you may need to turn off the Hybrid sleep option to allow the hibernate option to appear under start menu.
Go to your Power settings and click on Change when computer sleeps
Now at the next window, click the option change advance power settings, It should open the settings window
Navigate to the option Sleep, under that set the option to OFF, which says allow hybrid sleep
